Normally it takes me a good amount of time and thinking before grabbing the brush. A good state of mind, concentration and determination are equally important too. When all these factors come together, there is normally lesser space for errors and dissatisfaction. I strongly believe it. Waiting for the right time to start painting sometimes is longer than usual. At the same time not painting enough doesn’t make you feel good either. Hmm..why do artists get into this rut? Could it be because they are very passionate about what they do and relate to the act emotionally? I do not completely disagree when it is a masterpiece that you are working on or a special person or a cause you are doing it for.
Recently it worked the other way for me, was surprised!! I had to work towards a joyous state of mind by hitting the canvas first, and must say, it was a fantastic experiment!! Had to make a conscious decision to paint without all of the above factors in place. Though I had to force myself to the easel, I saw how easy it was to get into the flow. My mind started freshening on mixing the colors, relaxing during the multiple washes on the canvas and there I was:-) It started forming shapes, brought joy to my heart and needless to say, then there was no turning back. I saw the magic of Art.
Art heals, transforms, soothes and makes you BELIEVE!
The experiment helped me realize that everything you strongly believe in, could be relaxed a bit, to be given space for beautiful ideas, only to make your belief stronger:-)

BELIEF – Believe that Efficiency Lives Indefinitely Everlastingly Forever…..
Art is a very tough task . To create something out of nothing is a magic in itself. Magician always surprises the audience.
Please keep up the good work. Expecting more experiments and magic from you.
May you transform more ideas in your wonderful mind to the canvas so that the whole world can say that we witnessed a miracle one after the other.
All the very best my dear Sis.
Wow …that’s a nice one!! Very creative:) Thanks brother for the wonderful response.
Life is a very subjective issue. Art is similar. Mind takes you to something and you paint it in your canvas. my prayers with you for giving the world many more wonderful paintings.
